Connolly Corporate Finance (“CCF”) is an independent, privately owned corporate finance firm dedicated to providing our clients with high quality M&A and other strategic financial advice.  We have a strong private placements capability and are actively engaged in raising debt and equity capital for a variety of clients. 

CCF was founded in 1991 by Paul Connolly as an independent corporate finance house, whose advice is untainted by outside pressures.  The solutions provided are formulated by combining the knowledge of experienced professionals with a culture that demands keen intellectual insight and a fresh approach to problem-solving.

CCF can assist in various stages of the development cycle of a business, providing general and specific advice on both deal-related and non deal-related topics.
